To my wife Ellen Dickinson the house in which I now live,
and sufficient furniture for her use. Also an annuity of £20,
chargeable to my copyhold land at Harrogate, now occupied by ???
Pawson.
To the daughters of Benjamin Pullein £5 each, when they
reach 21.
To John Dobson my copyhold property, now occupied by him,
during the life of him and his wife Ann Dobson. At their
deaths, the same, and all other of my copyhold property in Harrogate,
to their eldest son William Dobson.
To John Dobson, the second son of John, my freehold
and copyhold property at Swarcliff.
The house in which I now live, with all the furniture, to William
Dobson, on the death of my wife.
