To my son Edward Norton, esquire, £5 5s, also my pewter set
marked with the Norton crest [and many other named items]
Residue of my household goods, chattels and jewels, to my two
daughters Margaret Landers and Elizabeth Norton. Also
[other named items].
To my servant Elizabeth Dearlove 20 guineas, along with all
my common clothes. Also a further 40 guineas for bring up her
daughter, Elizabeth Dearlove. Also furniture for a modest room.
Also a small bible for her daughter.
To my servant Thomas Squire 3 guineas. Also my under-servant
woman to have 1 guinea.
My servants to be provided with mourning clothes. My funeral to be
decent but not large, and £10 to be given to the poor
Mr Parker and Mr John Lambert to be each given a
mourning ring.

To my son Edward the house and garden late of John Myrel.
I revoke the 60 guineas to my servant Elizabeth, and now
give her an annuity of £3 10s, chargeable to the above house. At her
death this annuity to revert to my daughter Elizabeth.
