To my wife Alice Yeats the interest on my invested money. My
Executor to use some of the principal sum for her maintenance, should
the interest be in sufficient.
At her death the principal sum left to be divided :
To my grandsons, John Yeats and Michael Yeats, £2
10s each.
The residue to be divide into four parts :
To my son Jacob Yeats of London, wine merchant.
To my son James Yeats.
To my Executor.
To my daughter Frances Fletcher, wife of Samuel Fletcher,
on the death of her husband.
My clothes [named items divided up amongst the above named]
Residue of my goods and chattels to my oldest son John Yeats, whom
I appoint Executor.
