All my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife Rebecca Benson.

My copyhold property to William Dalby, of Scriven Turnpike, Upon Trust, for the maintenance of my wife and daughter, Rebecca Benson. My wife to have the property when my daughter reaches 21. At the death of my wife, my property to my daughter.

I appoint my wife and William Dalby as Executors.
