My copyhold house and land at Thornthwaite, to my son Joseph
Woodhead, chargeable with my legacies :
To my daughter Mary Woodhead £10 when she reaches 21. Also
a further £20 when she reaches 26.
To my son John Woodhead £10 when he reaches 21. Also a
further £20 when he reaches 26.
Whereas my son John is apprenticed to my son Joseph,
by Indenture 1st October 1770, provided he stays indentured then
he is to receive a further £5 when he reaches 21, to be paid out of
the money which I have with William Petty the younger of
Padside.
Residue of my personal effects to my son Joseph.
