Knaresborough, Flax Dresser
The SW part of a waste building in Briggate, Knaresborough, now
occupied by John Hebden, to my son William Pretious, subject
to the payment of £5 to my son John Pretious.
To my son John, whom I appoint Executor, the NE part of the
same building, along with the residue of my goods, chattels and
personal estate, chargeable with 5s to my son William.
