To my eldest daughter Anne Jeffray the two banks and the
bank sikes, containing approximately 1½ acres. Also half of the house
and [long list of field names, amounting to 4 acres], chargeable with
an annuity of £4 to my wife Grace England.
At the death of my daughter Anne, the same to my grandson Joseph
England, chargeable with the same annuity.
To my daughter Mary Jackson [named closes amounting to 5
acres] with the house in which I now live, chargeable with an annuity
of £4 to my wife Grace.
To my daughter Hannah England [named closes amounting to ½
acre]. Also all my goods and chattels, and appoint her Executrix.
