Low Cragg, Fewston, Yeoman
To my wife Agnes Tiplady an annuity of £8, chargeable to my
copyhold property, until my three sons reach 21, when this annuity is
payable by them in equal proportions.
My wife to have the west portion of my house at Low Cragg, called
New House and occupied by Thomas Watkinson, also [named items
of household goods].
To James Tiplady, my eldest son, my copyhold land at Timble
[long list of named fields], chargeable with £300 payable to my
Executor.
To Richard Tiplady, my second son, my copyhold lands called
Low Cragg [two houses and list of named fields], chargeable with £150
payable to my Executor.
To William Tiplady, my youngest son, my copyhold land at
Hopper Lane End, containing 6 acres, along with the building now
occupied by William Mirfield, chargeable with £150 payable to
my Executor.
I appoint William Watkinson and John Watkinson, my
brother-in-law, Executors and Trustees for my wife and sons until they
reach 21.
