To my daughter Sarah Teal my house at Menwith Hill, Parish of Hampsthwaite, now occupied by Thomas Wilks, chargeable with £10 to her son Joseph Teal when he reaches 21.

To my son George Teal the house in which I now live, along with all my Copyhold land and buildings. My wife Jane Teal, whom I appoint Executrix, to be In Trust until he reaches 21, at which time he is to pay a £2 annuity to my wife.

To my daughter Ellen Teal, £50; £30 payable 1 year after my death and the remainder one year after the death of my wife.

To my daughter Mary Yeadon, wife of Joshua Yeadon, £50; payable as above.

To my daughter Dorothy Forest, wife of Thomas Forest of Norwood, 1s.
