To my wife Mary Calverley the bed and whatever furniture she
needs for one room. Also an annuity of £6, chargeable to my house and
lands at Roecliffe, now occupied by Christopher Firbank.
To my daughter Mary Calverley, during the lifetime of my
wife, an annuity of £4, chargeable to my real estate at Roecliffe. A
further annuity of £6 when my wife dies.
To my daughter Thomasin Andrews, the wife of William
Andrews, £50, one year after the death of my wife.
To my younger son Henry Calverley, £100. £50 to be paid
when he reaches 21, and the remainder one year after the death of my
wife.
To my son John Calverley my house and lands at Roecliffe,
and all my household goods and chattels, and personal estate.
I appoint my friends Richard Tuton and William Gibson
as Executors.
