To my wife Mary Cooke, my cottage and land at Brearton, and at her death the same to the poor of Scotton.

To my wife Mary my house and land at Burton Leonard, and at her death the same to my nephew Richard Hill.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
