To my son William Myers the house in which I now live, along with the land, chargeable with :

£100 to his brother Joseph Myers

£150 to his brother Samuel Myers

An annuity of £3 to my wife Mary Myers

To my son Thomas Myers Mill Land and the barn at Darley now occupied by me.

To my daughter Hannah Myers £40.

The residue of my estate to my son Thomas whom I appoint Executor.
