To my son Henry Atkinson of Darley, Stuff Maker, my real estate, except as mentioned below, chargeable with my legacies. I appoint him Executor.

To my wife Mary Atkinson my real estate in Darley. Should she remarry then to forfeit this and receive 1s.

To my daughter Ann Lowcock, after the death of my wife and Mrs Jane Dowgill, an annuity of £5. At her death, £100 to her children.

To my son [son-in-law ?] Joseph Lowcock, £20 after the death of my wife and Mrs Jane Dowgill.
