To my son William Rhodes a plot of land in Kettlesing called
Parker’s Garth, chargeable with my debts and :
£2 to my daughter-in-law Eleanor Rhodes.
£2 to my granddaughter Ann Rhodes.
£2 to my daughter Hannah Hardacres.
To my daughter Alice Herrington a plot of land in Kettlesing
called Lund Garth, chargeable with my funeral expenses. My son William
to have right to the willows there, for the use of making sieves.
My personal estate to my son William.
I appoint my son William and my friend Thomas Ransom
of Birstwith, Yeoman, as Executors.
