To my daughter Jane Teal [named household items], also £5
one year after my death.
My wife’s wearing apparel to my two youngest daughters, Catharine
Teal and Martha Teal.
To my son Jonathan Teal the family bible, my mathematical
books and all my surveying equipment, also £10 when he reaches 21.
To my daughter Catharine [named items], also £5 when she
reaches 21.
My houses and other buildings in Briggate, Knaresborough, also all
my household goods not already disposed of, to my brother John Teal,
and John Thackray of Knaresborough, Yeoman, In Trust to sell
and apply the profits as shown below :
Settle my debts and funeral expenses.
Share the remainder amongst my children Gamble Teal, John Teal,
and Martha Teal, once they reach 21, using the interest for
their maintenance, education, and placing then out to a trade or
profession..
I appoint my Trustees and my son Jonathan as Executors.
