To my brother John Scarah half of my personal estate (less my clothes and linen). Should he die before me then the same to my aunt Miss Dorothy Oastler Upon Trust to pay the interest to my brother Thomas Scarah or to apply for his education and maintenance until he reaches 21, at which time he is then to have the half share.

The other half of my personal estate to my aunt Dorothy Upon Trust to pay the interest as above, and to receive the half share as above. Should my brother die before reaching 21 then this half to go to my brother John Scarah.

To my brother John a half share of my real estate. Should he not have issue then the same to my brother Thomas at his death. Should he also be deceased then the same to my cousins Elizabeth Tuton, Ann Tuton, Frances Mary Tuton, and Dorothy Tuton.

The other half of my real estate to my brother Thomas. Should he not have issue then the same to my brother John at his death. Should he also be deceased then the same to my cousins Elizabeth, Ann, Frances Mary, and Dorothy.

To my Aunt Dorothy my clothes and linen, and appoint her Executrix.
