All my real estate in Rowden Lane and Hollins in the Parish of
Hampsthwaite, to my wife, chargeable with :
To Catherine Malthouse of Clint, Spinster, also an annuity
of £2.
To Ellen Rhodes, Widow, who now lives with me, an annuity of
£2 after the death of my wife.
To Alice Smith, daughter of Thomas Smith of
Felliscliffe, Flax Dresser, £100.
To William Shann of Pannal, Lined Weaver, £10.
To John Ayrton of York, Glove Cutter, £20.
To William Garnett, son of Thomas Garnett of
Tadcaster, Hosier, £30.
To William Garnett of Wetherby, Tailor, £5.
To Stephen Shann, Parish of Pannal, £5.
All legacies to be paid after the death of my wife.
All my goods and chattels and residue of my estate to my wife Ann
Shann, whom I appoint Executrix.
