William Petty - 22nd

Bramley-head, West end, Parish of Fewston
To Thomas Addiman, my brother-in-law, and Elizabeth Petty,
my wife, all my goods, chattels and personal estate In Trust that my
children are to remain with my wife until they are of age to be
apprenticed out. Should my wife remarry then Thomas is to take
care of my children and pay one third of my personal estate to her,
and use the remainder to support my children until they reach 21.
Whereas my youngest son, George Petty, is now with my
father, Thomas Petty, he will not be entitled to any benefit
from my Will when he reaches 21.
