To my daughter Frances Pennington two cart loads of coal
annually to be delivered to her at Brearton by my executors. Also an
annuity of £6, chargeable to my real estate at Brearton.
To my daughter Dorothy Akers an annuity of £3, chargeable
to my real estate at Brearton.
All my real estate at Brearton to my son Francis Pennington,
and at his death the same to my grandson Francis Pennington.
If my grandson Francis dies before he reaches 21, then the
same to my grandson John Pennington, who is another son of my
son Francis.
All my real estate at Scotton to my grandson William
Pennington, who is another son of my son Francis. Should
he die before he reaches 21 then the same to my grandson John.
To my son Thomas Pennington £5.
To my daughter Elizabeth Hatterley, wife of Mark
Hatterley, £5.
One guinea each to the children of my son Thomas.
One guinea each to the children of my daughter Dorothy.
One guinea each to my grandsons Francis Hatterley and Mark
Hatterley.
£50 each to my grandchildren John Pennington and Hannah
Pennington, children of my son Francis, when they reach
21.
£100 to my son Francis.
The residue of my personal estate and effects to my son Francis
and his son William, and appoint them executors.
