To my daughters Winifred Tulley and Ann Darnbrough, £50
each.
To my grandson William Matson Heckler £50.
To my grandsons Thomas Middleton and William Middleton,
£10 each.
To my granddaughter Ann Middleton £30.
To my son Joseph Matson and my grandson Francis Matson
of Cayton, the two Bonds I have on Walter Vaviser for a total
of £200.
To my son Joseph the close of 2 acres furthest west from
my house, along with the adjoining small enclosure.
I desire that my wife live at Cayton for one year after my death
and then one year with my daughter-in-law Martha Matson, and
so on year by year. Should they not allow that then they are to pay
her £2 10s annually.
To my son Francis Matson my house and land. He is to sell
my goods and chattels and share th profit amongst himself, my son Joseph,
and my daughter-in-law Martha, towards the maintenance of my
widow.
An annuity of £1 to my wife, chargeable to my son Francis, whom
I appoint executor.
