My real estate at Swarcliff, Parish of Hampsthwaite, occupied by Hannah Reynard, to my wife Ann Lax. Also all my personal estate and rents from my real estate.

I appoint my wife, and brother Peter Lax of Birstwith, and my brother-in-law Thomas Stubbs of Ripley, and Joseph Stubbs of Hampsthwaite, as executors.
