Felliscliffe, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Tanner
To my daughter Isabel Jeffray the West end of the cottage
in which I now live, with the turf house at the East end of the
stables, along with the barn in which John Myers, whitesmith,
now lives. Also the cellar and kitchen, now occupied by William
Rhodes. Also £10.
At the death of my daughter, the same to my grandson Jeffray
Hare.
The residue of my real estate, now occupied by my grandson Jeffray,
I give to him. Also the real estate at Felliscliffe, now
occupied by Cuthbert Lumley, linen weaver.
To my granddaughter Elizabeth Foster £50 when she reaches
21. also a further £50 at the death of my daughter Isabel.
Residue of my personal estate to my grandson Jeffray, whom
I appoint executor.
