My Leasehold estate in Aiskew, Parish of Bedale, now occupied by Mathew Whitfield (which was the estate of my late grandmother, Ann Burnett, and bequeathed to me) , to my friends James Beckwith and Cowling Ackroyd, both of Knaresborough, Upon Trust :

To apply the rents to my mother Ann Cass. At her death to convey the property as directed in my mother’s Will.

Residue of my estates to my mother, whom I appoint executrix.
