To my wife Thomasin Dove, as long as she remains my widow, the copyhold house and land in which I now live. If she remarries then only an annuity of £4.

At her death, or remarriage, the property to my son William Dove chargeable with £50 to my daughter Elizabeth Dove.

To my daughter Elizabeth £10 when she reaches 21. Also a room in the house that my son William uses as a bleach house.

Residue of my estate to my wife Thomasin whom I appoint executrix.
