All my real estate in Castlegate, York, to my wife Meriman
Shackleton, and at her death the same to my nephews Edward
Garbut of Kingston upon Hull, Grocer, and Francis Garbut
of Beverley, Woollen Draper, and my nieces Sarah Holborn of
Tadcaster, and Rebecca Peacock of York.
All my real estate at Beckwithshaw to my wife Meriman, and
at her death to my nephew Samuel Webster of Selby, and
his sister Jane Webster, chargeable with an annuity of £5 to
my niece Tabitha Straker, wife of ? Straker, and
lately called Tabitha Garbut.
All my real estate at Craike in the County of Durham to my wife,
and at her death the same to Jane Hartley, the wife of Thomas
Hartley of York, Common Brewer, chargeable with an annuity of
£5 to my niece Tabitha.
All my personal estate, goods and effects to my wife, whom I
appoint executrix.
