After the death of my mother Elizabeth Turpin, I give to
my son Robert Turpin the part of my estate at Menwith with
Darley that lies in Holme, chargeable with :
£100 each to my daughters Elizabeth Turpin and Ann
Turpin.
I give the several closes called Stonebed Lands, 26a, being the
residue of my estate at Menwith with Darley, to my two sons Thomas
Turpin and William Turpin, chargeable with :
£100 each to my daughters Elizabeth Turpin and Ann
Turpin.
All my stock in trade to my sons Thomas and William.
I appoint Sir John Ingleby and Thomas Parkinson of
Fewston, Gentleman, executors, Trustees and Guardians to my
children Elizabeth, Ann, Thomas, and William.
