To my two daughters Mary Roberts and Ann Roberts, my copyhold estate at Woodbottom in Clifton.

To my wife Ann Roberts, whom I appoint executrix, all my trade stock, personal estate, and effects, Upon Trust to sell, invest, and apply the profit for the maintenance and education of my children until Mary reaches 21. Mary to then receive half of the principal sum invested. Likewise, Ann to receive the other half when she reaches 21.

Should my wife die before my children reach 21 then the Trusteeship is to pass to William Pullan of Blubberhouses.
