My house and real estate in which I now live to my son Paul Hardisty chargeable with :

An annuity of £4 to my wife Isabel Hardisty.

My son to repair and furnish the peat house for my wife to occupy.

To my daughter Mary Chippendale, the wife of John Chippendale, £20.

Residue of my estates to my son Paul, whom I appoint Executor.
