To my son Peter Dunwell my estate at Bilton with Harrogate.

To my son William Dunwell my estate at Birstwith.

To my daughter Hannah £8.

To my son-in-law Robert Whincup of Arkendale £20.

To my grandson John Whincup two lambs.

To Jane Wheelhouse one guinea.

Residue of my estates to my sons Peter and William, whom I appoint Executors.
