To my son William Hutchinson my real estate at Ravensworth which originally belonged to my father. Also my set of Encyclopaedia Brittanica.
To my son Frederick Hutchinson my annual registers.
To my son George Hutchinson my set of Gentlemen’s Magazine.
To my friends John Walker of Malton, Common Brewer, and Thomas Nursaw of Knaresborough, Mercer, the residue of my estate at Ravensworth and elsewhere, In Trust, to use the profits for my wife
Jane Hutchinson.
At the death of my wife my Trustees to sell my estate and divide amongst my children.
When my son William reaches 21 I wish that he keeps my museum at Knaresborough. If he agrees then a value is to be assessed and he is to pay one third to each of his brothers.
