1. By a Conveyance of 29 April 1957 between Arnold Raymond Bell of the one part and
Frank Gregg and the Appointer of the other part. The property was conveyed to
Frank Gregg in fee simple upon trust to sell and to hold the sale proceeds of sale in trust for themselves as beneficial joint tenants.

3. By Deed of Appointment of New Trustees dated 25 November 1961 between
Elizabeth Gregg and Jean Audrey Gregg, Jean Audrey Gregg was appointed to be a trustee of the Conveyance of 29 April 1957 jointly with
Elizabeth Gregg.
4. The Vendors have agreed with the Purchaser to sell him of the unencumbered fee simple of the property for £1,600
The Deed Witnesseth
The Vendors as Trustees, for £1,600, convey to the Purchaser all that dwelling house and shop known as 1 Albany Road situate at the junction of Albany Road and Albert Road with the forecourt, outbuildings and garden adjoining.
