Piece of land called Meadow Close at Bilton with Harrogate 2,553½ sq yds, bounded N by property of Richard Ellis, Junior, E by property of Mr Liversedge and Richard Ellis, S by Belford Road, and W by a new road called Avenue Place. Also the 12 houses used as Almshouses. As per plan with Indenture 12th October 1868 between George Rogers and Thomas Buck, Charles Stanfield, and William Evans Glyde (622 095 109).
