John Hartley Hudson of Bilton with Harrogate, Printer

Plot of land forming part of Calf Garth or Close staked off to contain 442 sq yds bounded N by Albert Street E by land recently sold to the Trustees of the Salem Chapel S by intended 9' back road W by land belonging to Richard Carter and Richard Ellis the Younger. Land held by Hudson by Copy of Court Roll by virtue of an admission to him 3rd May 1865 by virtue of a Surrender of Carter and Ellis.
Hudson to own land "in free and common socage freed and discharged of and from all and all manner of fines heriots reliefs quit rent and other dues and payments suits services and customs whatsoever" - i.e. freehold.
Enrolled in Duchy records 9th June 1865
Enrolled in Forest records 14th June 1865.
Hudson witnessed by Edward Richardson of Bridlington, Gentleman, and John Richardson of Harrogate, Solicitor.
