All household goods and furniture brought into the marriage by my wife Hannah Snow to be kept by her.

My real estate at Menwith with Darley to my son Thomas Snow, chargeable with an annuity of £30 to my wife.

To my son Thomas and my friend James Parker £800 Upon Trust to invest and use the interest for the maintenance of my son Richard Snow for the rest of his life, in quarterly payments, and at his death the principal sum to be divided equally amongst his children.

£500 to my Trustees to invest and to pay the interest to my daughter Martha Horner in quarterly payments, and at her death the principal sum to be shared by her children.

The residue of my estate to my son Thomas.
