To my husband John Simpson of Knaresborough, Apothecary, all my real estate in Ripon and Clifton with Norwood. Should the child I am now bearing survive my husband then the same to the child or children.

If no child at my decease then an annuity of £6 to my brother William Clayton, charged to my real estate in Clifton which is now occupied by Joseph Watson.
