My house at Killinghall, called Providence, to my wife Hannah Hannam and my daughter
Mary Hannam.
The residue of real estate to my son John Hannam, chargeable with £200 to my daughter
Mary. Also an annuity of £20 to my wife. At the death of my wife an annuity of £10 to my daughter.
The residue of my personal estate to my son and appoint him executor.
