Samuel Smithson - 4th January 1817 - AA029

Burley, Parish of Otley, Gentleman

To my son Samuel Smithson an annuity of £15.

To my son William Smithson my silver tankard, £200.

All my furniture, stock, and personal estate, to be shared amongst William, and my daughters Mary Wood and Elizabeth Smithson.

All my real estate to William, Mary, and Elizabeth, whom I appoint executors.

The house occupied by Samuel Burnell, along with the fields called Goose Ing, Middle Field, Far Field, Willow Head, and Great Bank, are to be charged with the annuity to Samuel.

Witnesses : Matthew Gaunt of Leeds, Attorney, George Dixon, George Cartwright
