My house and garth in Pannal, occupied by me, to my son Thomas Freeman and Joseph Freeman, whom I appoint executors, chargeable with £20 to John Theakston of Pannal which he has just loaned me.

All my furniture, personal estate, and other effects to my children Benjamin Freeman, Thomas, Joseph, William Freeman, Grace Freeman, and Hannah Morrell, the wife of Joseph Morrell.
