My two houses at Burnt Yates with all my goods and effects, to my friend John Bradley of Hartwith, Upon Trust to sell my estate and divide the profits amongst my three children, Thomas Simpson, Ann Simpson, and Elizabeth Simpson, with the exception of an oak bedstead which I give to my granddaughter Mary Cundall.
