To my son Anthony Thompson all my real estate in Birstwith, which was left to me by my father Robert Petty, chargeable with £80 each to my sons Robert Thompson, Simon Thompson, and John Thompson.

The residue of my estates to be equally divided amongst my four sons.

I appoint my son Anthony executor.
