All my real estate at Killinghall to my son Stephen Lund. Also all my personal estate. I appoint him executor.
Real estate is charged with the following legacies :

Jane Walburn £19 19s each. To my son Robert Lund £5.
To my granddaughter Hannah Simpson £5. To my cousin Thomas Lund of Ribston, £5.
