William Pullan.
To my daughter Eleanor Wardman my house at High Harrogate. At her death the same to my son William.
To my grandchildren Mary Pullan, William Pullan, and Jane
Pullan, children of my son George Pullan, £40 each when they reach 21.
The residue of my real and personal estate to my sons William Pullan, Francis
Pullan, and George Pullan, and appoint then executors.
