I have contracted with Henry W Dawson for the purchase from him of an estate at Beckwith with Rossett. I give this estate, along with my other estate at Pannal that I bought off
Abraham Stubbs, to my daughter Grace Tidswell.
The residue of my real and personal estate (except the portion that I give to my wife) to my daughters
Nancy Kent, Dinah Kent, and Mary Kent.
I give to my wife some nominated furniture and other household possessions.
