Knaresborough, Butcher

All my real estate to my son William Walker, chargeable with :

An annuity of £70 to my wife Sarah Walker. Also half of all the household furniture and contents.

£300 to my son Francis Walker, 6 months after my death, and a further £300 6 months after the death of my wife.

£300 to my son Joseph Walker, 6 months after my death, and a further £300 6 months after the death of my wife.

£200 to my daughter Frances Manners, 6 months after my death, and a further £100 6 months after the death of my wife.

To my daughters Elizabeth Walker, Mary Walker, Easter Walker, and Jane Walker, £300 each 6 months after my death and a further £200 6 months after the death of my wife. 

I appoint my wife and my son William executors.

Witnesses : John Carter, Sarah Andrew, J M Allen

Died 14th August 1823. Probate 17th October 1823. Effects under £800.
