All my real estate in Rigton and Pannal to my wife Mary Barrett until my son
Stephen Barrett reaches 21.
When he attains 21 he is to have the same, chargeable with an annuity of £60 to my wife.
To my friend Thomas Mallone of Kereby, £20.
The remainder of my estate to my brother Thomas Barrett and
Thomas Mallone Upon Trust to value my farming stock and husbandry utensils and allow my wife to continue to use them until my son
Stephen reaches 21.
On Trust to pay my daughter Ann Barrett £1,200 when she reaches 21, or upon her earlier marriage.
If my children die unmarried and under 21 then £100 each is to go to the eight brothers and sisters of my wife, and my real estate is to go to my brother
Thomas and my sister Ann Norfolk.
