To my son Henry Mitton all my real estate and cattlegate in Starbottom, Parish of Kettlewell, and Bilton with Harrogate .

To my daughter Mary Wood the £500 secured to me on Mortgage of an estate in Killinghall and occupied by George Bradfield.

To my son Robert Mitton £200 being the amount of a debt he owes me.

The remainder of my estate to my son Henry whom I appoint as executor.
