To my son-in-law John Ward of Leeds, Yeoman, all my real estate in Briggate, Knaresborough, On Trust to apply the profits towards the upbringing and education of my two grandchildren
John Ward and Hannah Ward. On the youngest attaining the age of 21 the property is to be devised to them.
