My house in Castlegate, Knaresborough, in which I now live, also the other house occupied by
Thomas Binks, also the warehouse and adjoining workshop occupied by
James Henlock, to my grandson William Eteson and my friend
John Nelson, Upon Trust to sell and apply as follows.
All my household furniture and effects to my grandchildren William Eteson, Catharine Eteson, Ralph Eteson, John Eteson, Francis Eteson, Ann
Eteson, and Alice Eteson.
The residue of my money to be used by my Trustees to pay the above grandchildren £200 each as they reach 21. The interest upon each legacy to be paid to my daughter
Mary Eteson for the education, clothing and maintenance of my grandchildren.
Any further residue to be paid to my daughter Mary. At her death this residue to by divided into eight parts and disposed of : two eighths to my grandson William, and one eighth to each of the other grandchildren.
I give £5 to John Nelson as an acknowledgement of the trouble taken.
