John Moore - 1st March 1825 - AB016

Weeton, Yeoman

To my wife Mary Moore two feather beds, bedding, and any furniture she requires, my best cow, and £30. Also my house, the orchard, garden, Low Mistal, and the field called Flats containing 2a 2r 28p. Also an annuity of £20.

At her death the same property to my nephew John Moore.

To my niece Sarah Harrison a feather bed and bedding. Also the 5r of land in Dunkeswick, adjoining a field occupied by John Vicars.

To my niece Jane Topham an annuity of £3.

To my niece Ann Bailey £50.

To Thomas Moore, the son of my Niece Mary Moore, £10 when he reaches 21. 

All my freehold premises in Weeton and Dunkeswick to my nephew John Moore chargeable with the annuity to my wife and the following legacies : £50 each to the children of my brother Martin Moore - These being William Moore, Ralph Moore, Thomas Moore, Martin Moore, Rebecca Moore, Elizabeth Moore, and Mary Moore.

The residue of my estate and personal effects to go to my nephew John Moore, whom I appoint executor.

Witnesses : Robert Bewley, John Wrigglesworth, John Ingham

Died 6th March 1825. Probate 27th July 1825. Effects under £200.
