All my real estate to my son Charles James Walker, chargeable with :
£1200 each to my three daughters Jane Patrick, the wife of
John Patrick, Mary Eleanor Fairbank, the wife of William Fairbank, Cordelia
Hartley, the wife of John Hartley.
In respect of Jane this money is to be kept on interest until the death of my wife.
In respect of Mary Eleanor; I have already advanced her £600. The remaining £600 to be kept on interest and paid to her on the death of my wife.
In respect of Cordelia; I have already advanced her £150. The remaining £1050 to be kept on interest and paid to her on the death of my wife.
My son Charles James is to confirm the sale of my premises at West End which I have surrendered and conveyed to
John Patrick.
